Is there any update for removal system?

I found some personal information about me from 3 years ago and I don't want them to appear on API. I know that it's my fault but I need help. What can I do right now?

Unfortunately not much. The owners aren’t responding to requests. And I’m sad to say that there are several other sites out there like this. Deleting your info here doesn’t mean it’s gone.

Best thing you can do is request removal from Pullshift, which a lot of these sites rely on. I’m not sure if there removal system is even active anymore, but worth a shot: https://www.reddit.com/r/pushshift/comments/kmuiy4/data_deletion_request_megathread/?rdt=50817

We all learned a lesson we should have known: nothing is ever deleted from the internet. Sorry to bring the bad news.

NobodyImportant Does removing my account from Pullshift also remove it from Pullpush? I don’t really understand how Pullshift and Pullpush work. Does Pullpush get its data from the Pullshift API, or do they maintain their own separate database?

I sent removal requests to both Pullpush and Pullshift yesterday. I don’t understand why they are making the system publicly available if the removal system is not ready yet.

Removing your account from Pullshift doesn’t affect Pullpush (or any similar site) since they already grabbed the data from Pullshift. It should stop new sites from pulling your data.
