PullPush officially launches today with what I consider an MVP set - search and undelete.
Please note that right now you we are still limited to PushShift dumps. This is because Reddit wasn't competent enough to implement all limits on 1st of July, so I want to give them some time to ban / limit all endpoint that they will limit.
Ingestion changes won't be announced, that would make it easier to ban the ingestor. You will simply find that the results in your search and undelete get more current as the weeks pass.
