I submitted my removal request two months ago. I received a reply asking about my connection to the account to which I responded the same day, stating that the account belongs to me.
I reached out two weeks ago on the ticket asking for an update after seeing the current turnaround time was 2-3 weeks, and haven't received a response. I do not want to submit another ticket, or reply to the email if it is automated and goes unnoticed.
I am just curious if my reply to the ticket has pushed me to the end of the queue or if my ticket has gotten lost amongst the many other requests you receive? Please let me know how i can assist you, and if requests are being honored still? I will delete forum post after response (or you can if I am not able to do so), as I do not want to over flood your forum with similar posts about removals.
