Right now the limit is 100 requests per hour. API will slow you down then put a hard stop if you hit it.
This is because I'm migrating to a new system. I was expecting a complete blackout for a few weeks, but looks like most of it can be avoided with this limit in place (it cut 90% from the load).
More usual limit is 1000 requests per hour.
