Hi,
I just got another ticket closed after being accused of being a crypto shill. I am not, and I am happy to provide any proof of that, but it seems like there is no process available to dispute such accusations, so I guess I now have to resort to the last bulletpoint.
You mentioned the following:
If you do fall under this policy your better bet will be to submit a limited request for removal of a single topic or comment (unless that topic or comment is about crypto)
After some back and forth, I understood that the accusations came from my interacting with an ad for a game called "Crypto Miner" some time last week. According to the site's policy, these comments have to stay up, and I am okay with that, but I figured I could still get everything else removed.
In my last ticket, I've been directed to the last bullet point of this very post, but I fail to understand what "a single topic" might look like.
So after reading this, I answered the following in my ticket: "I am more than happy to submit a separate ticket for every comment, but I feel like we'd like each other a lot less by the time I'm done."
To which the reviewer replied: "stop taking the piss or I'll ban your account", and closed my ticket once more.
Given that I am not taking the piss, but that I seem to fail to convince the reviewer of that as well, I am trying to get answers here.
I have had a reddit account for a long time, I don't think there is a single, or even a dozen topics that would cover my comments history. What should I do, if I can't submit a separate ticket for every other comment? Am I expected* to try and group all of my comments into logical topics until all the comments are done? That doesn't sound right.
I am honestly at my wit's end, since every time I try to get the necessary info, my ticket gets closed, and now with a ban threat I feel doomed either way.
